UPDATE: My doctor scheduled an appointment for me to meet with a genetic counselor on Thursday at 9am. They will run the Mat21 test on me. I am very satisfied with this, just wish they would have offered it to me two weeks ago after the first inconclusive Panorama.
Oh well, glad I pushed the issue. As always, I'll keep you ladies posted.
My panorama came back again inconclusive.
Are you kidding me?
They want me to do an amino which I am very against since being told I have an increase in the M/C risk. I've put a request in for a different test, like MaterniT21. We will see if they can order it. Waiting for a call back.
How utterly frustrating. Waiting over a month to know if our little boy has trisomy 18 or 13. Just seems cruel. I'm so tired of this crap.
Any suggestions? Or why the FCK are my test not yielding enough fetal DNA... I feel like that can't be good.
Wish I could have spoken to my doc, but they have to call me back.

Re: UPDATE!! Panorama still inconclusive. WTF.
I hope they are able to do the alternative testing you requested. Forcing an amnio doesn't sound fair at all.

That's absolutely ridiculous! I would try not to read too much into the fact that they haven't been able to extract enough fetal DNA.
So sorry you're going through this again. (((Creepy Internet hugs)))

At least I did have a wonderful U/S at 16w and baby looked perfect with no markers for trisomy 18 or 13. But still, I'd love to have a for sure to let my PGAL brain rest!
I will def keep you ladies posted. You're the bestestest.

Ugh, how frustrating! Wtf! So sorry you are having so many hiccups with this seemly simple process. I hope they have some answers for you with doing the M21 test possibly. I would feel the same about the amino.
Hang in there! I am regurgitating some prior board post info, always a bad idea...but, I recall someone having not enough fetal DNA and that she was told it was because her liver processed things quickly. It seemed logical to some extent so maybe you can find out if that could be why you didn't have enough and you don't have to worry about that too!
AND my Mat21 was back in 6 business days. My dr said they are usually pretty quick.
[[[[hugs]]]]. Still sending positive thoughts your way.
