I had a pretty good weekend and my foot feels back to normal! I had an x-ray on Friday and there are no breaks or fractures.I still plan on taking it easy this week but I'll still be working out. Just no running or jumping.

Pangnl, I think I missed something! What happened to your foot?
A kid stepped on it...it was fine at first but two days later I couldn't walk on it at all. It was awful, never had that kind of pain. Went for an xray and it was fine, the next day back to normal. So weird!!

I'm late to the check-in. Basically, yesterday was an exhausting (but good) day. I found a lunch hour swim at a town pool, meaning pay a small fee, adults only, no kids screaming and jumping in front of you...What's more, not many adults signed up so there were just three people in the pool yesterday. It was heaven. I put in 1,600 yards, which is about 64 laps (72 laps is a mile). It's been a long time since I swam that much. DS also demands a bike ride (I walk behind him) like twice a day so I have no problems staying in shape.
My goals this week is to curb my chocolate cravings, which I'm failing miserably at.
