Would you call the pedi?

Lo was sick last week, slight fever and vomiting. Nothing over the top and it only lasted 2 days. Ever since then she's been having crazy tantrums that last at minimum 30 minutes. Turning purple, choking, not breathing for a few seconds. Our a/c broke and the other day I shut the windows because I was honestly afraid someone would call CPS the way she was screaming and yelling "No mommy". She hasn't been sleeping either.
This morning she woke up and had pooped and the first thing she said was "Stinky, diapy change" but as soon as I got the fresh diaper out she asked for breakfast so I told her she couldn't eat until I changed her. She screamed and rolled on the floor for 45 minutes. She screamed so much she lost her voice.
Do you think she's just a crazy tantrumer or do you think she might be in pain?
