I recently purchased a new crib (Sorelle Verona in expresso) from babies r us. It has been about a month now and the nursary still has a smell to it. A combination of wood/stain smell. Has anyone else any issues with their crib having an odor to it? I have the windows open and fan going. Smell is slowly getting better, but is this normal?? PLease help!

    I think it's pretty normal for furniture to off gas, if you can put it in the sun outside I think it speeds up the process.
