A 2nd DC

Hi there it's been almost 6 weeks since my DC. My levels have seemed to stall so they sent me over for an ultrasound on Thursday and called me to today to say that there was still some left over tissue. They are having me meet with the doctor at 130 today and said not to eat in case the doctor wants to perform another Dc. Has anyone had to have multiple Dcs for the same pregnancy? I have no idea what to expect at my appointment and what the probability of surgery is.
MMC Triploidy at 11.5wks D&C EDD 9/23/11
MC at 6wks EDD 7/11/13
MMC Blighted Ovum at 6 wks 2 D&Cs EDD 12/17/13
BFP 9/14/13 EDD 5/27/14 - Henry born 5/21/14 (D&C following delivery for Placenta Accreta)

I know by now you've already had your appointment. I also had some left over tissue but I didn't have to have a 2nd D&C. The tissue ended up reabsorbing after waiting a few weeks + I took 2 rounds of misoprostol to try to get my body to cramp and dislodge it.
Hopefully you will be able to try that instead of having a 2nd D&C. I've read really wide varying of statistics on repeat D&Cs from 3% to 20%. I'm not really sure which is right.
I'm so sorry you're having to go through this. I know it's hard enough dealing with your loss, then you get this on top of it. T&Ps !!
