Bruise Question!

Hello fellow mommies!  

 DD woke up with this bruise almost three weeks ago and I have no idea where it came from and why it is not changing color. I wanted to know if any of you had experience with this, meaning, a bruise on the chest that lasted a while, or just bruises in kids that take longer to heal.

Of course my first thought is to call the doctor immediately and demand some blood work done but DH said to wait it out for the weekend and now I need some fresh eyes! Does it look lighter than fridays picture? I know the lighting is different in the pictures tho :/

    It is hard to tell if it's just the lighting or not, but it does look different on Sunday. I would say to follow what your gut tells you to do. GL, I hope your DD heals quickly!

    If it were me I'd call doc. It looks like a bite on the lower part?

    It id much lighter today so I don't think I will call the doc. But if it does happen again I will be calling! Thanks :)

    DS got my 'easy bruising' gene. Plus, he is a dare-devil, so we are always finding a bruise that we have no clue where it came from. His bruises are usually gone quickly(within a day or 2) but he's had some linger for a good week or 2.

    Glad your LO's bruise is finally clearing up.
