I slept pretty well, all considering. Bummed that it's Monday and hubby is back to work . Lots of phone calls to make today including to my HR dept at work...
QOTD: I don't really have a favorite color, nor did I when I was younger. It's always been a few, but they have changed a bit over time. I guess I'd say pink for now, and yes, I wear pink.

Having trouble sleeping here. My body is getting really sore. I'm hoping for an uneventful day.
My favorite color is blue/purple. Jewel tones of those colors. I wear these a lot and have most of my life. I think it's due to the calming effect of the blue. I have high anxiety issues so anything I can do to remain calm is a plus.
34 weeks today! (Is there an emoticon with confetti and streamers?? : ) I can't believe it.
Having an NST now and waiting to hear from the Dr.
QOTD: My favorite color is red
aiche good luck with your NST

Slept well last night but had a CRAZY dream. In it, my phone rang and the caller ID said "hospital OB admissions." When I answered they said, "Mrs. Heath are you ready to have a baby?" To which I said, "YES!" So I proceeded to the hospital with husband in tow who was also very excited. Arrived to a semi-private room where a lady was having to be induced. During my cervical check, they told me that I was 8cm dilated and completely effaced (without any pain mind you). AND.. that's about all I remember. I guess I am anticipating my Dr. appt. today. I am hoping that she takes me off bed rest but I'm not holding my breath.
I have felt great the past two days and probably have gotten up more than I should have. ZERO contractions!! Maybe the intense rest over the last week really helped.
QOTD - Blue is my favorite color and always has been. However, I don't always wear it. Probably because I wear jeans all the time and only so many blues look good with jeans. I also like most grays and our nursery is GREEN.
I will report back after my appointment and lunch with the hubs. Hope everyone has a great day!

Yay! I hope you can get home for the end of your pregnancy . Will you deliver at B&W if you are discharged?
Yes - this is my primary hospital
Thought about what you said regarding mandatory NICU time at BI and think I'd better double check with my Dr! I may have misunderstood (babies born here before 35 weeks are kept until they hit 35 weeks at a minimum, but now I'm realizing that is probably different than the mandatory 24 hr observation for preterm babies...)

I need to check too . But my understanding was anything under 36 or 37 weeks required at least 24hr observation. I don't know if they have rules other than that such as getting to a particular GA or not. I think it's more the temp, feedi g, a d breathing milestones.

Morning, everyone. Slept ok, several contractions in the night and I wish I could figure out the trick to sleeping on your side and NOT having your arms go to sleep!
My favorite color is red. I also like burnt orange and yellow along with cream colors. Nursery will be in shades of cream, tan, and beige. "Snicker doodle" is name of nursery set.
I agree Inn! I sleep on my side and wake up with my arm completely numb! So uncomfortable.
Well we made a run to L&D last night. I was having contractions that went from 7 mins apart to 5. I was so uncomfortable. They had me walk around for about 2 hours but my cervix didn't change enough to admit me so I'm home just waiting for things to pick up some.
QOTD: I love the color purple. Lots of purses and accessories but I don't usually wear clothes in that color. Fell like it washes me out. Pink works better with my skin tone.
Hang in there ladies and keep cooking those babies!
Good luck to you ladies with a doctors appointment today!
Sleep was not so great but, I'm hopeful that means I'll get more sleep tonight to make up for it.
Favorite color is red, and has been since my teenage years. I moved to NC from NY and everybody told me I was moving to the Tar Heel State. I moved kicking and screaming and when I got to NC and learned about UNC, I decided that I would pull for NC State. That turned into a huge passion for the team and I love the color red
Funny DH vent. Twice in the past week I was watching a new TV series to keep me busy while on bed rest. Both times, DH came home while I was on the second episode and said he wants to watch the TV series too and asked me to wait for him and watch it at night. After watching one of them this weekend and he wouldn't let me keep watching I told him he has to choose between the series because we won't have time to watch all of the series together and I need something else to do to keep me busy during the day. Silly DH

Yes - I just asked Dr. Here if under 36 or 37 weeks automatically go to NICU but it could be as short as a few hours. Although boys more likely to need time in NICU than girls.

I slept about the same which is limited due to bathroom runs and trying to get comfortable. Im pretty use to it now, so I will definitely take a nap later.
I don't have one favorite color. It has always been purple, green, and blue. I definitely wear purple and green, and I have blue, but right now, I wear whatever fits and thats been my BF's clothes--mostly grays and black.
Tomorrow makes it 1 week until we meet our beans and Thursday puts me at full term! Good luck with your NST!

Had a rough sleep last night, as I was up a bazillion times going to the washroom. Was not peeing much, but I think baby's head is now in a very engaged position and putting a lot of pressure on my pelvis. Also had a lot of hip pain and general discomfort. Ugg, will be napping today!
I also just got home from a Dr's apt (highlight of the week) and my BP is back down again. This is great news and the bed rest is paying off. I have not gained any weight in the past 2 weeks, so they are going to schedule another A/S to make sure baby is still growing well.
My favorite colour....TOUGH ONE! It changes all the time, but purple is always right up there. I also love different shades of green. I actually love all colours, but year mostly lighter colours.
I hope everyone has a great day!

Just a quick note to say that now I can see your posts Aiche! Apparently I hit block on you without realizing it, sorry! And here I was sad because I thought you had blocked me for some reason!
We had our MFM appointment this morning with first BPP test. The girls look great! We're so thankful! We usually leave these appointments with some type of worrisome news. BPP score is 8 for both. Both fluid levels and dopplers look great! So, they cut us back to once a week instead of twice. My bff's (twins) visited today. They brought lunch and cake!!! Which is bad because I have my GD test tomorrow. Now, if I can just get my uterus and heart rate to cooperate we'd be good all the way around.
My favorite color is and always has been blue. I don't wear it all the time, but I do tend to pick out blue tops, accessories, etc.

My toddler had a few meltdown moments and didn't like it when I just left her on the floor screaming I found that if I act like it doesn't bother me and walk away she will stop screaming and get up and follow me .
