35+ and Expecting in the City of Lake Worth

I'm expecting my first and wouldn't mind connecting with some other pregnant ladies around my age, I'm due in August. I own my own business and work from home, interested in prenatal yoga, swimming and staying active while I still can!

    I too am in lake worth! I'm 27, a labor and delivery nurse, due oct! We share the same interests... have you found a prenatal yoga place? Ive been researching but haven't found much!

    There isn't much that I have found yet. It looks like The Red Tent in Delray has a prenatal Kundalini Yoga class on Wednesday evenings. Yoga & Inner Peace has a class led by the director weekday mornings where he will allow pregnant women and modify p

    The only place I can think of is in Palm Beach Gardens, but when I go back to class, I will ask my instructor if she knows anyone close to you guys. BTW, I am 38 in WPB.  Nice to meet you ladies.
