Working moms who pump

I've been so out of the loop here, life/work is banana-rama right now.

How much are you getting now? I've been struggling to make 4oz for a few months. I can only fit in two pumping sessions per 11 hour day.

I'm debating if it's worth my effort. I still nurse when I'm home and on the weekends. I'm scared to stop pumping because I don't want to completely lose my supply.

Where is everyone at on this?

I'm pumping the same as I have been but I, too, only get about 4 ounces/ day. So sad!

I lost my entire freezer stash tonight so I'll probably be starting LO on cow's milk/goats milk/ formula next week so not sure I'll be keeping up the pumping thing.

I was down to about 2.5 oz a day. I used up all but a few ounces I had frozen. DD will be 11 months on Tuesday so I have started offering her one bottle a day of almond milk per her Drs instructions. I am on summer break now so no more pumping for me.

Lost it?! How sad sorry to hear that!

I EP but am only getting about 12 ounces a day so I'm also debating in whether or not I will keep it up. It's such a hard thing knowing I came so close to a year but its starting to wear on me.

I'm working on cutting out one of my three pump sessions at work right now. I think I'm getting around 8 ounces a day now, which is down from the 12 I used to get.

I get about 5 ounces (including what I pump after she nurses first thing in the morning). Then I pump at night before bed and get another ounce or so.

I pump 3 times a day at work and get a total of 12 oz. But I am also taking stuff to keep it up. I will keep at it until 1 year when I stop pumping at work. I'm sure it will quickly dwindle after that. My supply tanks easily.

I'm struggling to get the 12 oz a day that I need to send to DC. I've been about 2 oz short every day for the last few weeks and my stash has really taken a hit! I started fenugreek about a week ago and that has helped. Also, if I'm sort for the day I've been trying to pump after she goes to bed to make up the 1-2 oz I'm short. Since I started fenugreek, I've only had to go into my stash once (for 3 oz) and that was only becasue I was only able to pump twice that day at work.

I BF when we are together and she seems satisfied. So I don't think its so much a supply issue, but more that the pump is not as effective as DD.
