I think we decided on the name Liliana but not sure on middle name. I am thinking of maybe going with Liliana Emma. Do you think that sounds good together?
I like Lilliana, not sure about it with Emma since they both end in "a." What about Lilliana Emme or Lilliana Emily?
We are undecided.. We thought we had agreed, but I'm getting cold feet and not sure I can pull the trigger on it because I know people won't like it. We have a list of 3 or 4 names and no middle names!
We are all set on a boy name, but girl name is still up in the air. DH is settled that if LO is a girl she will be Quinn Susan, but I want to see her first to see if Quinn fits.
I don't love Liliana Emma, it doesn't flow as nicely as I'd like. If the middle name holds a strong significance flow doesn't matter as much to me, but since you don't have a strong tie to Emma, I think I'd work with it a bit. For example, I'm naming my daughter Greta Frances and I don't love the flow but Frances is very important to me so flow doesn't really matter. I like Margaret a lot for the middle name. What's your middle name? Could you pull inspiration from that?

Whaaat we are naming our baby Lillian Jane, too! I obviously love it ;

I agree with the one syllable MN after Liliana. Our son will be Jackson Alexander. Alexander is my brother's middle name and I just love the name Jackson. It's a good traditional southern name. All of the kids in our house have family middle names. I think that's a great way to let someone know how much they mean to you.

Very cool!!! We're in love with the name too. Can't wait to meet our little Lilly!
We are still undecided. We are down to two names and so stuck we can't seem to move one way or the other, its ridiculous. They are similar names, both similar in popularity and just the way they sound. We have tried polling family and friends and I have even posted them on the baby names board and it never helps because people are pretty much evenly split fifty fifty, like we are. Ahh he will just have no name til he's like five and we decide!!
So you're in better shape than us with a first name at least! Haha
Ooh! I like Liliana Sophia! They both end in A's but the syllables flow nicely
We STILL have not settled on a name and DH is really starting to p*ss me off with his "suggestions". Half the time I can't decide if he's serious or not; the other night he told me to look up Viking names... Seriously?!? Yeah, I'll get right on that.
Good luck choosing and if you don't have anything before delivery I'm sure you'll know as soon as you see her
We aren't even close on a name. It's stressing DH out big time. We have the middle name but not even close on the first. I'm praying that once we meet him it'll become obvious??
They are both nice names. I'd try to avoid the double -a endings though if possible.
ETA: Just read that Margaret is a family name for you. I think Liliana Marguerite would be pretty, it is a variant of Margaret. Also Pearl is a variant/NN of Margaret because of it's meaning. I like a lot of syllables so I'd go with Liliana Marguerite, but Liliana Pearl is nice too.
To answer your original question, we are pretty set on a name if it is a boy, but if it is a girl I think we'll need the full days in the hospital to decide.

We're about 80% sure on the first name....middle name hasn't even been discussed.
Liliana is a beautiful name and it does go well with Emma.

Baby Boy Due 2/16/19!
It sounds like a lot of A's to me, truthfully, but it doesn't sound bad.
Liliana Marie?
Liliana Renee?
Liliana Nacona?
I'm so bad with recommending names.

I like Lilliana!
We're still on the fence about our middle name choice.
I like Lilliana and really like the suggestion of Lilliana Emily. I think Lilliana Emma is a lot of As.
We have two names picked out. We'll wait to see what he looks like when he's born.
