It's a goat cheese strawberry almond cheesecake. I like cheesecake, strawberries, goat cheese and almond. I am just funny about putting savory things in dessert. Maybe it's good.

I like all of those things seperately, but the goat cheese in it would probably have me questioning whether or not I still had room for dessert.

I would eat it in a heartbeat! I love goat cheese in both sweet and savory applications.

Trader Joe's blueberry goat cheese log is amazing! And I've had goat cheese with strawberry bruchetta too. And I've made goat cheese, grape, and walnut hor dourves.

I say go for it!

Goat cheese is amazing. The almonds would balance out the tart flavor of the goat cheese and raspberries really well, I bet.

I can do sweet things in savory like fruit in salad, cheese and fruit and the like. But savory in sweet is more tricky. I think I'll try it but with blackberries. Blackberries are a thing here, apparently and it will be like the Hunger Games.
