DD got it at Preschool or from her cousin and it's been almost a year. We went to the derm and they tried burning 2 off. It didn't seem to work really. I'm just wondering what others have done to clear them up.

Re: Anyone else's kid get Molloscum??
Yes. We don't know where she got it, but it was over 8 months.
Her pedi sent us to a dermatologist. He used a chemical that he painted on each spot. It blistered and scabbed over. Once the scab healed the molloscum was gone. It took several treatments (3-4?) before we got them all since they easily spread.
DD had them and had to see a dermatologist every month. They put this "bug juice"( made from a crused beetle or something) on each spot. They covered it with tape and we had to wash the area with water after waiting 45 min - 1 hr. It causes the area to scab over and hopefully the molloscum is gone.
DD had lots of them in the back of her knee. They are highly contagious and she also got one on her rear end. Don't share towels or bath water. Clean tub throughly after each use. DS never got them from her and thankfully she's molloscum free now.
ETA: It took months of going every month to the derm
I have a friend whose 3 yr old daughter had it. They used the cream recommended on this site https://www.molluscumclinic.com/. Used once per day for less than a month and it was gone!
Even the pedi was amazed!
