How's baby boy? Do you feel adjusted in the new house?

    Hiiiii!

    Baby Boy is good. He is getting so big already. And chubbier by the day :) We have his 2-month check up this week and I'm curious to find out just how big he is. He is up every 2 hours at night and still won't nap anywhere but in the car or in our arms though. Fun times. But we manage. At least I can also get it to sleep/nurse so I can catch a little afternoon rest on weekdays while the girls are in DC. 

    As for the house, I feel like we can finally REALLY start settling in. As in, no more putting things here and there "in the meantime" while we wait for the paint to be done, so a big fat HECK YEAH for that. I would say we are all adjusted for the most part except for the kitchen. Meal planning hasn't been at the top of my list these past few weeks, and cooking with only 2 (very slow) burners instead of 4 is proving to be challenging. But we're doing fine (though my cats still seem a bit lost, especially with the furniture and boxes constantly being moved around).

    How are you? Hopefully you,ve got some pots and pans by now :D

    Jack would only nap like that. He was over a year before he took a nap in his own bed. Now he's a pretty good sleeper. We usually get 12 hours at night and a 2 hour nap mid day.

    I hope he starts sleeping for you soon. Does it have anything to do with being slightly elevated?

    I'm so relieved for you that you got your new house painted! We have painted one bathroom so far. Haha. Are you replacing the appliances in your kitchen? Our kitchen should be getting started this week along with the fence going around the pool. I'm in the same situation as far as cooking goes. My appliances suck and so does my current cooking. Haha

    I did end up buying new pots. I checked every single box that hasn't been completely emptied. I miss my old ones though. ::mobile sad face::
