1st Birthday bibs, hats, sparklers?

Hi all, has anyone seen any cute part hats or bibs out in the stores they could direct me to? I haven't done Party City yet. Also, has anyone seen sparklers out there yet or those sparkler candles? Thanks for your help!!

    I haven't looked in the stores for the hats/bibs yet, but there are some REALLY cute sets on etsy.

    If you are just looking for cheap sparklers, we get them at Walmart. We've been lighting them every night after dark lately.

    We found DD's hat at party city, no bib yet, I was going to start searching etsy.

    Are you talking about the long firework sparkles? If so, Target has them for 2 dollars.
