something my DS1 got when he was 2 and still plays with is this doodle mat that sits on the floor (and rolls up which is awesome)--you put water in a pen and write on it. When it dries it disappears. Very cool.
DS is 28 months but he is super into trucks/cars (any vehicle really). He saw a train table at the Barnes & Noble and absolutely flipped when we had to leave - so now I think I may get him one for Christmas. He really loves ride-on toys as well - we have a cozy coupe and my mom got him a "Cars" ride-on that he loves as well. He is starting to get more into movies and his favorite by far is Toy Story so now he really likes anything to do with those characters as well. Also, with it being summer now, a water table may be a good idea as well.

TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!
Last ditch FET resulted in BFP, and identical twin girls!
