Cesearen scar pregnancy

Last week I was told I had a miscarriage by my OB after I had heavy bleeding at 6 weeks. I continued going in for blood work to ensure my hcg levels were dropping. Instead, they have gone from 114 last Thursday to 1700 today. I had an u/s today and they found a heart beat. It was only at 89. I measured at 5.2 weeks instead of my calculated 7. They also told me that it appears the sac is attached to my c section scar and is also quite low. My OB recommended I terminate the pregnancy because of its dangerous location and because it is in the scar. She said I'm putting my life and my reproductive health in danger. I don't know what to do. I'm fervently praying for a miracle or for a natural miscarriage soon.
Has anyone had any experience with this?

    Wow. Hugs to you. I'll pray for wisdom and a surprise great ultrasound next appointment! Can you go to an MFM? Prayers for a healthy full term pregnancy for mom and baby!!

    I'm sorry you're going through this. I've not experienced this. However, I would get a second opinion before making any decisions.

    I agree with this.  I have no experience and I'm sorry you're having to go through this.
