  I think it was at 6 weeks but it could have been 8.  I don't remember exactly but I would wait until around 8 at least.

  My OB told me 6 weeks or when I stop bleeding.

  I asked my OB about this a few weeks ago & he said once I stop bleeding - so hopefully before 6 weeks, if I feel up to it....

  I think it depends on if you dilated or not. I had dilated to 5 before my csection and my OB told me not to submerge my pelvis for 6 weeks.
