I had a big set back this week. I hurt my foot Monday after a child stepped on it. It didn't really hurt too bad until two days later when I could barely walk on it! I went to the doctor yesterday and have to get an X-ray to make sure there is no fracture. I'm really hoping its fine because I'd hate to be sidelined for weeks. I'm loving my baby bootcamp class and its also helping me get into shape. It feels a lot better today so I'm hoping thats a good sign?
Food wise, I didn't do too bad so thats good. The scale has been stuck at 140 for weeks now. My goal weight is 130 so I would like to at least make a dent before heading back to work in September as I know working out will be a lot harder!
QOTW: I always wear nike sneakers and haven't really tried other brands. We're just a nike family lol. As far as workout clothes, I get most of them at Marshalls or Tmaxx so they are always random brands. I prefer capri length leggings in a thicker fabric to hide everything lol. My favorite pair of capris are my Lululemons but they are so pricey I don't have anything else from there. I typically wear the NIke dryfit shirts as they absorb sweat really well. If I'm working out outside I wear the champion shorts that Target sells . Basically I have way to many work out clothes and not enough regular clothes lol.

Yeppers! Got my new racing suit, goggles and swim cap! Found a cool app to record my workouts. Now if only the weather cooperates for the entire summer as it is an outdoor pool.
Having a 3 year old keeps me active. As exhausted as I am every evening, he wants to go for a bike ride and play sports outside so I get some exercise in nearly every day.
Workout clothes basically the black Champion pants from Target and whatever top I can find. My sneakers have always been the Saucony Grid Omni series because of my flat feet and overpronation. I buy the same brand from the same store that carries them.

I did well with my eating and this morning I was 2 lbs under my monday weigh in. I know it is water and I didn't really lose two lbs, but it is always good to see the numbers move.
QOTW: I love new balance sneakers. They fit my feet really well and are the only ones that I buy. I don't spend a lot on workout clothes. I like the capri length yoga pants from old navy.
