Bacon, for a looooong while, was about the only type of meat that baby would tolerate. Although we don't do turkey bacon, we do regular center cut bacon and only buy on sale so it is never more expensive than the fattier bacon. I'm actually looking at a recipe for bacon-cheddar cauliflower soup that I may need to make...I don't care what people say, there is NEVER a bad time for soup, tropical weather or not! I adore soup, any time any day! Pregnancy has not stopped that, it has only amplified that! lol
Currently I'm craving a grilled chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce. Last night I was craving Chicken Noodle Soup. The fact that I'm craving chicken is hilarious to me, as I could not even stand the smell of it when I was pregnant with DS.

I'm sure if I ate pork I would eat regular bacon! Good luck with your soup!
