Teething and vomiting?

My daughter is 10 months old, she has 2 teeth on the bottom, they came in normal. But now she has 2 teeth on the top coming in. I have done some research on

line and hear both stories that teething does or does not cause vomiting. My daughter had a normal breakfast, ate the same amount, nothing new, bottle after. I went to burp her after and she got all cuddly and threw up every thing. I checked her temp ( forhead, ear  and under her arm) all normal. She was her normal playful self after. So thats why I`m thinking its her teeth. Anyong else have this issue too? I`m just concerned she has had colds but has never thrown up before.

    Teething has never made DS vomit, ever. She could just have an upset tummy. If it continues or she starts to run a fever, call your pedi.

    I wouldn't be worried unless there's vomiting 2 or more times in 24 hours.  Something just may not have sat right in her tummy today.

    Teething has never made my DD vomit either. Sounds like your LO may have a stomach bug.
    TTC #1 since May 2010
    9/10 and 1/11 Normal blood work
    2/11 50 mg Clomid = BFN
    4/11 50 mg Clomid = BFN
    5/11 100 mg Clomid = BFN
    6/11 2.5 mg Femara = BFN
    7/11 2.5 mg Femara = BFN
    SA normal and HSG all clear
    11/11 14 HMG shots with HCG trigger = BFN
    12/11 Femara + HMG = BFP!!
