I have a dietician who monitors mine. She sees me once a month and we go over my numbers. If I have 3 elevated numbers in the same week, she wants me to call in
I have a book that I keep track of my blood sugars I email the doctors the readings and show them my book , I also have a nurse calling and talking to me every 2 weeks
I submit a weekly blood sugar, diet and exercise log. It's a little chart where I right what I eat and my blood sugar readings, as well as any exercise, stress, or illness.
I submit it to the GD Nurses every Tuesday by email. They call or email me to let me know if everything looks good or if they want me to change something.
