Calling all ST LOUIS dwellers.

Tell me what the awesome stuff is in your town, please!  We want to take a weekend trip and are looking into maybe Denver, maybe St Louis, maybe somewhere else.

Science center?  Zoo?  Aquarium?  What have you?

Re: Calling all ST LOUIS dwellers.

  • I am not from St. Louis, but a couple years ago DH and I went for the weekend and had SO much fun. We did the zoo (which was free) and IMO one of the best zoos I have ever been too. They have an Art museum and a Science museum for free as well. We did the arch too, which had a fee, but I had never been so we went.

The zoo is always fun and free!

    The boathouse in forest park

City museum not free, but really cool!

City gardens free. Basically a bunch of water fountains and splash pads in the middle of the city that you can play and swim in!

The magic house haven't been in awhile but still a cool place

The arch freaks me the hell out, but people think its cool!

Budweiser tour free and free beer at the end!

Crown candy kitchen AWESOME place to go eat. It's def in a sketchy neighborhood but if you go early you can avoid lines and the creepy people!

Union station used to be cool, not so much anymore.

I'll think of some more and add!

Umm crown candy is too die!! I forgot Gus's pretzels is a must as well!
