Severe bleeding - T&P please

Last week we found out I was bleeding due to losing twin baby B. Baby A was measuring ahead and strong HB Betwwen today and tomorrow I have filled multiple pads and even bled thru my pants today. The irony of today is that todaywas my due date of my angel baby that I miscarried in November. Can it be any worse?

Of course I can't believe all of this bleeding is due to vanishing twin. I have to think this is affecting Baby A. I have an OB appointment tomorrow at 1030am. Please send any thoughts and prayers. I just don't have positive feelings. So heartbreaking!

    Diagnosed with PCOS June 2010, TTC#1 since May 2012
    Cycle#1-3 Clomid 50mg + TI= No response
    Cycle#4-5 Clomid 150mg + Metformin 1000mg + TI= BFN, but finally ovulation!!!
    Cycle #6 Clomid 150mg + Metformin 1500mg + IUI(4/15)= BFP!!! EDD 01/06/2014 <br>

    Stella Margaret arrived on December 21, 2013!

    I found out 2 weeks ago that baby B also didn't have a heartbeat: I woke up yesterday in a pool of blood Dr had me come rt in and babyA is doing great! Try not to stress! My Dr told me I will probably have more bleeding its normal after going through something like this: I bought a Doppler after and I listen to the babies heartbeat every morning and night it helps me a lot! Good luck with everything..prayers for baby A..
