Well, I went in for a an u/s this afternoon... No missed miscarriage. No ectopic pregnancy.
They did find a baby with a heart beat!
I was floored and my MW and the consulting Dr are baffled. None of us were expecting this. Neither of them have experienced this before. With my levels being low and the spotting... just wow.
She did remind me I'm not completely out of the woods yet but for now it's a viable pregnancy. The baby is measuring a bit behind so that has me a bit worried but for now I'll just be happy.
I feel like I have been through the emotional ringer this last week. I can't wait to go to bed tonight and just fall into a deep sleep. I'm so happy I had you ladies here to help me deal. We haven't really told anyone IRL so this board has been a blessing for me. I wouldn't mind it if you'd send some prayers for a sticky baby and that the baby keeps growing.

Just a thought, this could be totally off. Could it have been twins and one of the twins passed causing the levels to go down?

Oh wow!!! Well, you just made me cry! I'm so happy for you! FWIW, I flat out bled for the first 14 weeks with Nate and there was no reason.
BFP #2 5/27/12. EDD 2/1/13. m/c and D&C 6/21/12.
