My DS usually dosent get rashes. I noticed his testicular area was really red tonight with a few splotches on his cheek area on his behind. He will only stand in the tub now so I cannot have him soak the area. I use Triple paste. Any other recommendations?

My son gets heat rashes down there. I use cornstarch in his diaper and it helps a bunch.

Naked toddler time. Exposing the area to air will help clear it up.
