Awww. He looks like he had a ton of fun!

We have not had a chance to take Liam to the pool yet but his grandma bought him a little wading pool. He loves it.

Last summer he had his crab pool which he loved.. but we figured at 15 months old and never really been sick.. just a snotty nose and cough a few months ago.. ..that his immune system was probably ok for a communal pool and our apt maintenance guy takes good care of it.

We'll just keep an eye on him over the next couple of days to make sure he is grrovey... no reactions to the chlorine etc, specially since I think he swallowed half the pool DOH.. he needs to learn to close his mouth, but he is just the same in the bath tub haha.

We went in the evening when it wasn't so hot and the sun wasn't as strong.. its bloody hot here in TX right now .. but he really did have fun and it was just him and his dad and me in the small pool and another couple and their baby in the big pool.. so nice and quiet and relaxing.

He didnt have any flotation devices at all and he was fine and was trying to float and kicking his legs so I think our lil fishy will be fine. He just doesn't like to be on his back so that's something we have to work on... I think he thinks it means diaper time lol.

SO cute!!! Glad he loved it! DS really liked the pool last year but I think this summer now that he's old enough to really appreciate it, he's going to LOVE it!

And LOL at trying to drink half the water - DS does the same thing in the bathtub! I never even thought about the fact that he'll probably try to do that in the pool!
