1 MC, now pregnant again..how much cramping is normal?

I had a MC mid-March this year, baby measured 10.5 weeks, I found out at 12. May 19th had a positive test. :) I was just wondering how much cramping is normal in the first trimester..It seems every pain i feel im rushing home from work to put my feet up, or calling my Dr, to see if she wants me to come in. Just scared of another one, any advice would help. thanks gals <3

    Answer: a lot. It's scary. I know. But it's all normal. As long as its not severe or accompanied by blood then its normal. I tend to have a mixture of menstrual like cramps and sharp twinges. Also lots of back pain. It's a combination of implantation and everything stretching. I compare it to scenes of a werewolf changing under a full moon. Everything hurts. Hang in there. Hopefully we all have sticky babies.

    Congrats!  Cramping is annoying, but very normal.  There's a lot going on in there!  I had cramping off and on all the way through 2nd tri and even sometimes now.  Hang in there!  You must be close to 9w now?  Have you seen a HB?

    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)

    I was really scared each time I had these cramps too because I kept thinking "I know they're normal but I had them last time and that was obviously not a normal pregnancy". I had them bad up through probably 10 weeks? Then they've really subsided. And there's a happy healthy baby in there!
