I'm a FTM, and I know you don't' start Solids until 6 months (my LO is 12 weeks), but I would like to read up on how to start solids. Any good book recommendations?
Mins is 12 weeks also, and FTM. I'm planning to make his baby food, and I found a lot of stuff (recipes and tips) on Pinterest and just reading different mommy blogs. I also got a baby bullet for one of my showers and it came with a book of tips and recipes. Not sure if this is what you mean, but thought I'd respond.
ETA I compiled all the stuff I found online into my own little cookbook. I did recipes, ages to introduce things, single foods and combos, finger food ideas, frozen treats, etc...
The website is great, it has a ton of recipes, guidelines, tips on when to start what, how to cook things so they don't lose their nutritional value, daily menu's, bulk cooking tips, etc.
I'm not a 'book' person- when I use cookbooks they get covered in whatever I'm cooking so I consult my computer/ipad/phone (plus it's free!).
ETA: DD was so used to homemade baby food that she refused jar food the few times we tried it in a pinch while we were traveling.
It not a book but it will definitely help you with solids: https://goodmomming.com/ It helped me a lot with my baby, it's been like an assistant for me. Hope it helps you too!

We bought "The Best Homemade Baby Food on the Planet". It's a great book.
