Switching to an All Natural Diet

I had another discussion with daycare today about DS's behavior. They are going to start keeping a log of his aggression and schedule a parent teacher conference.

Meanwhile, I've heard a lot about how changing a child's diet can help with behavior issues, and I am contemplating trying to remove all the artificial foods for at least a month and see if that helps him.  (the diet is often cited as helping kids with ADHD)

Has anyone made a switch to an all natural diet? Any book you would recommend? Any success stories?

TIA

Re: Switching to an All Natural Diet

  • I try to eat as healthy as possible and plan to have V on the same diet. I know that red dye 40 is known to cause ADHD in children (it's in tons of foods, but what really comes to mind is hot dogs).
