Did you have one? Please share. We're exclusively nursing so we're up often to nurse and we don't really have a routine of any kind yet. That's the one thing I miss about supplementing with BM bottles: very full bellies = long stretches of sleep. If you have BFing advice on how to get longer stretches of sleep out of them I would welcome that too!

At that age we didn't have any routine, baby slept when he slept and ate when he ate. Sometimes he'd sleep longer stretches like 4-5hrs, other times every 2-3hrs he'd be up. But it was always hit/miss.
It's why we bedshared lol.
no routine for us at that age, it started to slowly develop as time went on and we added daily baths, etc. it was kind of a natural progression that worked well. early on it was nurse nurse nurse until they fell asleep and then that was bedtime
we tried adding BM in bottles but it didnt really lead to longer stretches of sleep. sadly really nothing did until we did sleep training (ferber style) at 13 months. we tried some of the no cry things earlier on without any successes (though i know other people have, so its something to try at least).
We had a routine at 2 months - but it was really only to help with getting to sleep, not staying asleep. For us, that came on its own (and went on its own too!).
At 2 months, after he woke from his last "day nap" (whenever that was, usually around 4:30/5pm) we would start the bedtime routine. I always fed him when he woke, so the first thing would be a nursing session. DH would take over from there and do a bath with the little guy, then put him in pajamas, swaddle sack, and do story and cuddle time. Around that time, we were doing a bottle before bed, because DH went back to work at 6 weeks, so nighttime was HIS time with the baby, and I used that time to pump for a freezer stash going back to work.
The bottle of BM certainly didn't help him sleep any longer. Before we introduced the bottle he was sleeping 6-7 hours a night. That stayed the same with the bottle until 5 months. At that point he was up every 2 hours, every 3 hours, etc. And that would wind itself down to 1 night waking and back up to every 2 hours on and off until he was 14 months and started STTN.
At that age I stuck to a baby led routine. Around 6-8 weeks she started sleeping 4-5h at the beginning of the night. By 2-3 months she would have her bedtime routine between 9-9:30. I bring her to the bedroom, put on her diaper, pjs and sleep sack, nurse and transfer her to the bed just before she's completely asleep. She would sleep til 3 or 5am, then come into bed to nurse and sleep with me til 8.
Thats pretty much still our schedule. She had a sleep regression at 4 months where she woke 3-4 times a night, but she went back to her routine eventually. She had 4 naps at 2-3 mo, now she has 3. The only BF advice I can give is to let your LO cluster feed in the evening. It seems like the more they eat in the evening the less they need at night. Probably differs baby to baby though.
Awesome if it works but like you said depends on the baby. I would spend literally hours on the couch cluster feeding without any long stretches of sleep
