Little beaver...

So, my son decided to chew on his crib yesterday. Haha. I thought he was just standing up playing with his paci, until I went in to get him and saw raw wood. He had finish on his mouth. I found a cute idea on Pinterest for rail covers, my mom sews, so she is going to make them for me. Plus, this way is a lot cheaper than the plastic ones at the store.

    Yes! I caught DS chewing on the crib the other day. I immediately bought a cover for the rails.  We spent to much money on the furniture for him to chew it up!

    The crib, my dining room chairs, my bookshelves. They're tearing it all up! Once they are a little older I'll rub some Old English on and it should cover it pretty well. Right now all my brand new furniture in my brand new house isn't looking so brand new. This is the problem with babies teething, they hurt and they just want relief!

    DD got her crib really well the one day. Since then I have tied her crib bumpers over the top of the rails. It has worked wonders! Why put out more money when I already have the bumper pads that I'm not using anyways? I saw the one on pintrest about buying fleece and making your own. I thought about doing that but haven't made it to the store to get material yet.

    I bought a crib rail protector from babies r us thinking I would get 3 protector thingies, one for each side of her crib, but wtf it's only 1! That thing was 20 bucks. Now I gotta get 2 more or just make something myself.
