I really hope this daycare situation works out and I don't have to change daycares. LO likes it where he is, and it's close to work, affordable, I can bike to it, and it has hours that meet our needs. No other daycare I previously researched meets all of our needs.
~Frazzled Mommy who doesn't need this stress
Dear all support staff at my work and at daycare,
Thank you for being so helpful in my frazzled state. You make dealing with the stress easier knowing that you are by my side and will help me in whatever way possible.
~Slightly less frazzled mom thanks to you guys.
Dear Mom,
Please let me know soon if Dad made it through recovery post surgery alright. Was really hoping for an update of some sort, I'll be calling you as soon as it's morning over there.
~Worried Daughter.
Dear DH,
Hopefully I'll calm back down to normal soon. I'm sorry for all the stressfulness I'm feeling. Thank you for being as supportive as you are.
My heart is broken for you and your wife. I hope your little one is at peace. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear DH -
When you forget to communicate your travel plans to the nanny, it messes me up. Please start texting her and putting it on the calendar again, as you've been doing for the past 3 years. This is not a new process.
Thanks, Stressed Wife
Dear Nanny -
You are awesome in almost every way. But when I communicate a schedule change, please write it down. I do my best to remind you, but I should have to tell you 4 times in 4 days that I'm going to be an hour late.
Thanks, Bosslady
Dear DH, kids, nanny, work, friends, and family -
We've had a lot of change in a short time. New baby, new house, returning to work after maternity leave. Bear with me. I'm doing the best I can.
Thank you for working on your manners, and not whining so much last night. Also thank you for being sweet at bedtime saying prayers and being cuddly. My cup runneth over! I hope you have another great day at school!
Love,
Mommy
Dear Self,
Pull it together would you!? You need to eat better, go to bed earlier, and exercise...this lethargy is a direct result of this week long slump.
I am really frustrated with you. We have the same routine every morning/evening with Lillian. I don't understand why you just don't "do" what's needed so i do not constantly have to ask you. And your time management skills are not very desirable. Why is that I get L up, change her, give her breakfast, get her dressed, do her hair, put on sunblock, write a thank you note, make/drink coffee this morning and all you managed to do was put your pants, shoes and deodorant on? And I still had to ask you to do her breathing treatment. I am in a terrible mood. This not doing things unless I ask is getting old. We've talked about this and the "I'm out of it in the morning" excuse ain't cutting it. I will talk to you about this when I cool off.
Extremely frustrated wife
Dear Lillian,
I would love it if you could STTN consistently. The end.
Please see how wonderful, smart, and hardworking my DH is and hire him! You are slow as molasses. I know it's summer, but please make some decisions.
Dear HR departments--
How hard is to send a form letter saying that you've chosen another candidate? That lack of follow-up would get you fired in most departments. See candidates as valuable resources and RESPOND!
Dear DH--
I love you and we will get through this.
Love--your wife who is trying not to show you her stress over this situation
Now would be super time to bloom! The windshield cost 300, the car inspection will be a pretty penny and we promised Sesame Place tomorrow. Just a few shakes and we'll be ok. Thanks!
--Waterer of the money tree
Dear IRS,
Got your letter. Yes, I bit off more than I could chew for this years taxes and should have hired someone to do them. Please understand that I don't understand and maybe we can have a do-over?
--Appreciative

I am up at night with 3 week old DS who is sleeping in 3-4 hour increments. Since you are going to work, I'm fine with letting you sleep your full night uninterrupted. However, I am NOT fine with you constantly complaining how tired you are. You don't even know what tired means.
Please help me learn to manage you better. I have laundry and life that needs help balancing. I also have floors that are in need of sweeping and mopping. If you can also fit in time to pack healthy work lunches and time to work out that would be great. Oh and if you can please keep that magic ability you have of speeding up my down time at home...yeah use that at work. Keep the drag of time during my downtime at home not at work.
We're good you and I, but I'm really thinking winning the lottery could smooth things out right now. And I don't want to hear about how everyone thinks that. And I understand its hard to win if I don't play. These are insignificant details.
Thanks,
Me
Dear Coworkers,
If one more of you texts me the message "prepare to stand by" without explaining WTF is going on in our office I am going to call our boss and ask her directly.
Re: Open Letter Wednesday
Dear Self,
Ummm, get it together. Rather funny you thought it was Tuesday all this morning.
Signed- Exhausted, but need to get with it
Dear Housecleaners,
I'm giddy with excitement since I now realized it's Wednesday and you are coming today.
Signed, Very Grateful to be able to afford you
Dear DS1,
Enough with the whining. Just tell me with your words what you need. I hope you haven't inhertied your fathers lack of communications skills.
Love, Mama

You stress too much. Need to learn not to sweat the lil' things and catch up on sleep instead of thinking about things.
