  In my appointments my lining was checked not only for thickness but for the layers. I believe they look for and like to see a trilayer. I was told that multiple uses of clomid could reduce the lining. For instance I had no lining issues the first time, and it never got "bad", but seemed effected and ultimately made the decision to switch to femera because I had been told it doesn't effect certain women's lining as much and that's the month that I happened to get pregnant. We'll never know if it was the change in drugs, but I've certainly had friends in fertility tell me that they see it all the time with a switch from clomid and the lining issues.

  Thanks everyone! So if your lining is thin do they put you on a medication?
