My friend just had a baby and sent me to the hospital web page to see baby's pic. It listed all the babies born in June. I thought I'd post the whole list but there are too many! So I'll just list the doozies...
Aiyoki London
Cruz Phoenix (could be worse, I know)
E'ficyal Khlair-Joseph
Gaya Kaylen
Layee Morry (I'm the layer, are you the layee? That's all I can think!)
mi'Laina London
Quadim Raycream Kaheef
Overall I have to say I'm impressed. The names list is probably ~50 names and most are trending toward classic names (Elizabeth, Emma, Clare, Christopher, Robert, etc.).

Lol! I guess I'll be good too
I think Aiyoki is legitimate, but some of those are doozies.
How is E'ficyal even pronounced?
And I feel like Mi'Laina could have a smidge of potential if spelled differently. Just NOT spelled like that.
I've never heard of Aiyoki. I have to say I also listed these creative ones especially because moms' names were things like Marie, Rose, etc. Maybe they hated their plain names.
I'm pronouncing E'ficyal like a funked up version of Ezekial. Just change the Z to an F and the CY is the same sound as the K.
How are you pronouncing Mi'Laina. I think that's where I got hung up. MEE-LANE-UH, MY-LANE-UH? (Also, it was specified that the m was lowercase--not a typo by me--which looks odd to start a name with a lowercase letter.)
In my head, I keep seeing E'ficyal as Efficial, like Official. I know that's wrong, but I keep reading it that ways. I do think you're right with it rhyming like Ezekiel.
As for Mi'Laina, I have no idea. I'm trying to find something positive. Maybe pronounced like Elena/Elaina, but Muh-Laina? I think it may have the potential to not sound as much like a hit mess as it looks. I'm trying to be optimistic.
I've seen both Aiyoki and Aoki as names before, but I'm not not sure what it (they?) mean. Japanese, I believe.
I could be wrong but I am reading this as Official, with an E instead of O.

Aiyoki sounds like a food to me - not sure if it's a legitimate name, but it's what it makes me think of.
In my head mi'Laina sounds similar to Mylanta
I'm curious as to whether some of these (Quadim, for one) could be cultural names...
This. And WTF is a Raycream?
