I need a baby wipe that doesn't burn the skin!!! and fast!!! we have a nasty diaper rash from an antibiotic and hes miserable! We normally use pampers sensitive but they are a no go right now. Any other recs?

Just use a wet washcloth, or we used disposable washcloths with DD, just added water for the first several months due to her sensitive skin. No soap or cleanser needed. Then make sure to let them airdry as much as possible.
DS also had a red oozing bottom from his FA. I just rinsed him under the sink and rubbed some cerave cleaner on and let him air dry as much as possible. I like the Earth's best wipes (regular and sensitive skin versions).
Forgot to add the pedi also had the pharmacist mix up a "butt balm" compound. We used it every other diaper change. It really helped keep the moisture off and allowed his bottom to heal.
