NBR: This sucks

I am on a strict diet that counts carbs and I have been doing so good!  Well this past weekend I endulged...and I just weighed myself and I gained 3 pounds back!  I'm so not happy with myself right now.  Ugh, I knew I shouldn't have done it but I did.

  • Lesson learned, you'll go easier next time recalling the after effeccts of the indulgence. I know I ate too much when my stomach is so full, my shoulder hurts. Maybe add a few more activities each day for the rest of the week?

  • The longer you do low-carb, the harder it gets to cheat...I had to follow a GD diet for 8.5 months and once I had DD, at first eating carbs made me feel terrible (I should have stayed low carb and not pushed through that- now I gotta loose all this extra weight again)

  • I have been doing it for about a month, if not just over one.  I didn't feel so hot after eating what I did and now I need to work really hard to get those 3 pounds off.  Our system has been down almost all day so I have been doing stairs and some desk exercises.
