Bad mama

Twice in 2 weeks now, I have sent the fellas to day care in shorts. The forecast was calling for nice weather and it was sunny when I left the house. Only I go outside on my lunch break and it's a bit chilly.

 

OOPS! Good thing I leave extra clothes there for them. Surprise

    I would die! I hate hot weather. And it's 72 in the sun, it's like 60 with a cool breeze in the shade :) That's the Midwest for you!

    It's actually cooler than it was last week, when we had a few straight days of 113.  Not close to the record though which I think was 123.  I would still rather have 113 than snow though :)

    I live in New Zealand, and we are about to get the storm of the century, minus 5 Celsius, and 3 days of snow.... Ummm yay? My city usually gets one day of snow, maybe once every 2 years... So 3 solid days, the city is going to be on lock down!

    You must be in AZ then.  God this weather is flucking awful.

    Yup!  Here it's bad parenting to let your kids open car doors without oven mitts :-D

    I melt when it gets over 85*.

    J always gets off the bus dragging her extra layers behind her because the weather here s so unpredictable.
