Nothing says you're pregnant like... A tiny bit TMI

Throwing up so hard that you pee yourself! Yep, that's what happened to me tonight. Had a good dinner... Felt fine and then a few hours later it hit me... I was going to be sick. I ran to the toilet and threw up so hard I peed... Peed through my underwear and pants and all over the floor. I had drank a huge jug of water so I already had to pee so it was lovely timing. Oh the joys of pregnancy! So worth it for the bean though :)

    Oh No! Haven't quite been there yet, but I hope you don't get there again.  Feel better!  Everything is worth it for these like creatures isn't it?

    My SIL warned me about this! Luckily, I haven't prayed to the porcelain god yet, but she advised to try and hold it in and pee first!!!  She also warned me that this can happen in a laughing fit as well!

    Thank you for this! I peed just a little the other day while vomiting and was so embarrassed. Then the next time I almost poo'd myself. Oh the joys of a wacky bladder / intestine!

    Unfortunately, I have been very familiar with this for about 4 weeks now. I actually posted last week about it and according to the posts, it is fairly common. Several second time moms also weighed in about snissing (sneezing and pissing) and coughing/peeing that we can look forward to even later in our pregnancies. Good times.
    BFP #1 on 12/15/11 but missed m/c with d&c on 2/1/12.
    BFP #2 on 5/1/13 = boy/girl TWINS with EDD of 1/3/14 but expected no later than 12/20/13.

    Oh no!  At least you were in the privacy of your own home?  I've been throwing up 2-3 times a day and just had my first experience in a restaurant where I didn't make it to the toilet.  Sooooo embarrassing!  I did make it to the bathroom though.  I texted my mom to get some sympathy and she said she didn't have any because apparently when I was an infant, I threw up all over a potluck dinner table.  So she said I could look forward to that!
