I pretty much have tried to block 1st trimester out of my memory, but I think my very first symptom was some crampiness around week 4 or 5. Then the loss of appetite and nausea hit around 6 or 7 weeks, ugh terrible!
ETA oh yeah, forgot about the sore boobs starting around week 4 also.
i had period-like cramps, and swollen boobs a few days before my missed period... not very helpful, since they were like pre-menstral symptoms.
i almost forgot: the biggest sign for me was feeling fatigued all the time! that was the first sign which made me suspect i was pregnant, and not pre-menstral.
I had all of my normal PMS symptoms, but no period. I had super long cycles that were just starting to regulate and shorten, so I just assumed my cycle was going back to being crazy again, honestly didn't think I was PG at all. I only took a HPT so that I could tell the doctor I had ruled that out when I called. Looking back, my boobs were way more sore than usual, and I was super cranky. But at the time I didn't think they were symptoms.
Do you think your preggers again?? I didn't have any signs for a while. The positive test was the first indicator.
Well... I have been nauseous the past couple days, and threw up this morning... I am trying to tell myself that I am being crazy since DH and I only had sex once this month.
Since I was diagnosed with PCOS Jan '12 and had to go on Clomid to get pg with DD, it doesn't seem possible (for me) to just randomly end up pg.
Mine was sore boobs before my missed period even. Also we went to the ann arbor art fair and I bought an iced coffee and couldn't finish it...which is absolutely unheard of for me. I POAS the next day and sure enough, I was pregnant! I found out at 4 weeks.

BUT... it is too early to test
LOL You're not crazy. It only takes once.
One of my first symptoms (and I didn't realize it was a symptom until I found out I was pregnant) was fatigue. The second was nausea.
Also, I have a friend who was on Clomid. She and her hubby were together for 15 years before they had their first baby. When their baby was six months she found out she was preggers again. From what I've heard, some women who have had troubles getting pregnant the first time....they become pretty fertile after they have their first baby. I've known a couple of women with that experience and the second time was a total surprise.

I conceived DD#1 on my 5th round of clomid. When we decided to try for #2, I got pregnant on our first cycle. Unfortunately, that pregnancy ended in a natural m/c but I got pregnant again before I even got my period (from DTD 1x on Father's day). So, yeah, I guess I was pretty fertile and you might be too.
This may sound weird but my first "symptom" was that my underwear fit differently - that is the one and only reason I took the test. That would have been at about 4-5 weeks. (The cramping, nausea, etc. came a few days later.)
*Siggy warning - loss mentioned* Preemie ID DDs; then DS; then natural M/C; now due 10/17 High risk for pre-term: weekly Makena injections
I remember I went to go see Batman at the movie theater with DH and our friends. I couldn't stop crying at the end of the movie, and I told my DH at the theater that I thought I was pregnant because I barely ever cry and it wasn't a tear jerker. I got my BFP the next morning!
Yup my boobs were suddenly bigger! I was just shy of 4 weeks, a few days shy of my period. I waited to test until 10 DPO but my first symptom was at 8 DPO. BFP chart is in my siggy.
Me: 30, DH: 33 Married 8/3/08 BFP 7/16/2012 (8th cycle), EDD 3/27/2012, Delivered 3/24/2013 - IT'S A BOY!
I felt drained and exhausted like I had went to Vegas and back with out sleep. I mean wake up eat and still tired. Almost like I was about to catch a bug. Funny thing is something told me to get a test and pow! When that plus sign popped up. I was so shocked I dropped the test in the toilet!
I had mild cramps and sore boobs just like always for PMS, but then I got suspicious when my "Cranky Day" as DH calls it didn't come. Normally, exactly 3 days before my period, I get SUPER bitchy, lol. So I took a test that weekend. Yay
