I know we've discussed NuvaRing in the past few weeks, so I apologize for bringing up the little b@stards again.
I put my first one in Saturday the 8th and on the following Monday, I started burning there and went to the bathroom to discover it was trying to make its way out. Now it's falling out like 2-3 times a day, especially if I'm active. I googled it and tried some things other people have, but it continues to fall. At 2:00 yesterday morning, I woke up because it was burning where it was coming out. .
I got a sample from my doctor and they called in a script and it auto-filled, so I have 2 more months worth that I've paid for. I'm just not sure I want to suck it up.
Has anybody else had this issue? Any advice on getting it to stay?
Re: NuvaRing?
I actually made an appt to start nuva ring next week...now I am worried!
It's not a bad burning, almost like the feeling you get when you feel like you have to pee with a UTI. It's only when it starts slipping out, so maybe it's just putting pressure on the opening because it's too wide to actually make its way out. I don't know! I asked a group of friends about this and I just heard horror stories. Now I'm thinking it's not for me... or anybody. Ha
Edited to correct a terrible run-on.
I used it exclusively before TTC, and had no problems like that whatsoever. I actually loved it.
Sorry I am no help, only can offer my sympathy to your lady parts. Ouch.
It's as far as I can get it and I've even used a tampon applicator to push it further. I'll try the squats and lunges and see if that helps. If I give up on them, you can have them.
I don't think so, but it's altogether possible. I'll pay attention to it. Thanks! So far, so good today, but I had to go to put it back in 4 times yesterday. It's ridiculous.
Mine stuck up there like glue but i never pushed a baby out my va-jay-jay. lol.
My only problem was that it gave me bad migraines so i had to go off it.
