I've had a bit of a backslide in the past two weeks and haven't really kept up on the diet. I'm up three pounds and need to put a stop to it immediately before I undo anymore of the hard work I've done. My goal this week is to stay under 1800 calories a day.
QOTW: Working out is always harder because of the time commitment. I'm already up at 515, so mornings are out, and in the evenings I'm just so busy getting dinner ready, feeding and bathing LO I feel like I don't have time. I know, I know, excuses excuses....

My 3-year-old is keeping me active. He wants to ride his bike around the block often!
I need to reserve my spot for the daily lunch hour swim at the town pool. It starts next Monday and if I can get in two days of swimming a week, that would be an accomplishment!
QOTW: I struggle with both. I eat OK but I still crave sweets every day and I exercise when I feel like it, not because I need to.

I had a pretty good weekend and didn't go too overboard but I definitely didn't eat healthy. Its so hard when you have visitors.
My goals for this week:
Baby bootcamp W, F
Walk 3 times
"clean" meals 3 times
Join the YMCA and sign DS up for swim lessons
QOTW: Eating healthy is the hardest for me. Not because I don't like healthy foods-I enjoy most. Its mostly the time that it takes to prep and make meals. I find when I'm busy or socializing all that goes out the window. Or if I skip a meal then its a recipe for disaster. Working out has always been easy for me as I enjoy physical activity of all kind (almost!).
