Not a lot! I got a horrible calf cramp last Thursday night and my leg hurt for a few days after. I read that this is just another wonderful symptom we get to expect in the third trimester :)

Me too! I also drank more Water and the next day took a relaxing warm bath up to my calves to loosen them up. Seemed to work so far for me

  • I have these running sleeves for your calves ans they help your circulation. I wear them at night. It seems to help when i do get them.

This is what I do, too! Works really well. Point your toes toward your nose, and away the pain goes....

  • Mine have become way less frequent by stretching my calfs before I go to sleep and tring not to point my toes when I'm laying down which seems to encourage the pain. I find myself keeping my feet straight up and pulling the muscle helps.
  • I do the same thing. really helps.. I feel that nasty little thing coming and i point my foot up and move it around. Walking does help... IF you can get up.
