I think ds has seasonal allergies. He's sneezing, has a little bit if a stuffy nose, and is rubbing his eyes a lot. Is there anything I can do for him?
Same thing here. I have been giving Brax Benadryl for awhile now, just at bedtime. He's always been so stuffy and clogged up sounding, it seems to help him breathe better and sleep. But the last few days it's been really bad. Eyes watering, getting crusty when he sleeps, nose dripping buckets, and now a little cough from all the drainage. I got some Children's Claritin tonight, our pedi says 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. of that or zyrtec may help. We will see. I feel so bad, he's miserable.

I was wondering about a children's allergy medicine since Benadryl stops working after four hours. My pedi said I have to bring him in for an office visit first so I'm trying to determine if its bad enough to warrant a visit and possible meds. I wish he could just talk to me! Thanks ladies.
