Orange Stains

So, I have these orange stains on my dipes after washing them. I think it's our water. Any suggestions to get rid of them? I'm really tired of the stains.

    Have you tried sunning them? That got most yellow stains out for me. My newborn fitteds had orange stains and I washed them with oxiclean, did an extra hot wash with nothing and then sunned them with full success.

    Well, I think it might be the water. So I think it may be some sort of build up. There is other things in the house that have turned orange as well (the pets' water fountains for example). I'm really concerned that the water drainage project they are doing up the road is putting iron into our water. I"m afraid of what this will do to my dipes.
