Second House Showing Update

I posted last week about there being a request for a second showing of our house across the street.  Well they made us an offer and we accepted!  Paperwork should be all drawn up and ready to be signed tomorrow!  They offered $1,500 below listing price with 6% seller concession (it's an FHA loan).  We countered with full listing price with the 6% seller concession.  Part of their offer was NO INSPECTION!  That is an amazing bonus!  Now we do not even have to deal with inspection headaches.  It IS a great, solid house, but you never know what crap they will come up with during an inspection, and now we do not have to even think about it!  So thank you all for your support and positive vibes!
