  • Eat less sugar.

  • No bubble baths!
  • I don't eat a lot of sugar and I don't take any bubble baths, my dr said that pregnancy can just throw things out of wack but this is starting to be a constant problem. But thank you anyways
  • Are you using wipes or new soaps? I try to go "free' as much as I can and avoid anything that has fragrance or really stringent soaps in it. I was told by my obgyn that monistat would be ok to use should the need arise.
  • :/ this is not a fun thing to have to deal with during pregnancy :( I know that yeast can live in cloth diapers, and have always wondered if it can reside in a woman's underwear...maybe do a sanitizing hot wash of your underwear too, just to get rid of any potential lingering bacteria.
God gave me a double portion for my inheritance with my little Mighty men :) 9/19/10 Baby A born at 1:47 am 6lbs 14oz, 20.5inches long. Baby B born at 3:20 am 6lbs 6oz, 19.5inches long. My double blessing!:)

  • I have to take a lot more of a probiotic than the dose on the bottle says for it to be effective. And on an empty stomach. What brand and what dose are you taking? If you have good stuff that should be the most helpful in keeping yeast in check.
