Progesterone Cramping Question...looking for inspiration!

-->Hi everyone!   I am a newbie to the infertility board.  I just had my second IUI on Saturday and started progesterone suppositories today.  Now I am cramping, which I am figuring is from the progesterone because I know that is a side effect.  I cramped throughout the 2ww last month and then had a BFN.  I was wondering if anyone cramped through the 2 ww and then had a BFP?  I am looking for some optimism!  As soon as I started cramping, my attitude went straight to 'well, not this month either...' and I am trying to stay positive, so I'm looking for inspiration!  Please share some positive stories!  TIA!

    Are you on Crinone? I was my last two tries and cramped BAD. Come to find out I had a build up of all the progesterone in there that never came back out. I will not be using that kind of prog. again, I can't say for sure that is why my IUI's failed but I am suspecting it. I think the pain, cramping and irritation could have messed with implantation. I was on a different kind of prog. with my 2nd pregnancy and did not notice such bad cramping and it came back out more...didn't have the build up of gunk in there. I hope your case is different...but if this one doesn't work out, and you are on Crinone, I would try a different prog. next time. Good luck!

    Thanks! I am on prometrium and it does kind of leak out. The cramping isn't bad, I was just hoping it didn't mean I wasn't pregnant. I'm trying to stay positive, and was hoping the cramping wasn't a bad sign.

    No a little cramping is totally normal. Not a bad sign at all :)
