My coworker will not stop talking to me... why doesn't she understand that I DON'T CARE! I even have my "I don't care" face on and am only giving her one word answers... or no answer at all. Ugh, make it stop!

So we had DH's family over for Father's Day yesterday. Against my wishes DH's Aunt Dorito came (I call her that because when we moved into our house she stopped by and left a bag of Dorito's on the doorstep. Who does that?). She is so draining to talk to. I'm in the kitchen trying to get everything ready for dinner and she keeps coming up to me and telling me to stop what I'm doing and look at her because she has something important to say to me. Cue nothing of any importance what-so-ever especially not something to stop what I'm doing to look at her for. DH later was mad at how "short" I was with her. He was outside grilling while she was doing said annoying activity. Once I filled him in he was like "Oh, well I get it now." Believe me DH, I'm only a bish when I need to be.

Heaven got another angel the night you left this world behind
Heaven got a little better the day it took you away from me
Missing you tonight, see you again sometime
For now I'll close my eyes and dream of heaven tonight
I'll love you forever
I'll like you for always
Now and Forever
My baby you'll be
Last week my Dr ordered additional tests due to high bp and protein in my urine. I called this morning to get the results after trying so hard not to stress all weekend long. The nurse's response? "We don't have them but your last ones look fine so I wouldn't worry." Really? So either everything started out fine and y'all had me freaking the eff out over nothing. Or you're just guessing because my other ones aren't in yet. Thanks lady. Btw, are you drinking on the job?!?!
My room has been invaded by freaking ants. -_- There is no food source in here, but the little b!itches won't go away. Not sure what they are after, but I caught one crawling on my face and I swear I will hunt every one of those little b!tches down lol. I hate bugs.

But on to the b!tchfest, why is it that people feel that just because I'm pregnant, they are allowed to make rude and inappropriate comments and/or actions in my presence? "Oo, baby" *while grabbing at my belly*, "You aren't very big yet, are you sure you're eating enough?", "A midwife?? I wouldn't risk my baby, you should use a doctor", "No meds? You know you won't get a medal for that.", "You wouldn't get a tooth pulled without medication."
Yesterday my DH accused me of using "the pregnancy card" because I was hungry at 11:30am. Did I mention I hadn't eaten all morning because he told me we were going to get breakfast at 9:00? If he wasn't doing 65 down the e-way I probably would have throat punched him.

The medal comment is the best! I think woman who give birth naturally should be given a medal! I doubt ill be able to do it without the epi. And the "you're not very big" comments are pissing me off! And stop telling me I look like I've lost weight! None of this is good and I'm trying like hell to gain weight for mine and my baby's health. Quit making it sound like I'm over here dieting when in reality I'm still having ms and can't keep anything down..
This is totally stupid and not worth mentioning but for some reason really irked me yesterday. At lunch my MIL announces that we don't have to worry what our child was going to call her since her first grandchild already decided she is called Mimi.
1. I wasn't worried about it at all in the first place.
2. I hate the name Mimi for a grandmother. I think it is WAY overused and yet she acts like my niece is a genious for coming up with it when really they just never wanted to teach the kid proper English.
3. My kid can call you whatever he or she wants to call you and you better not try to force Mimi on him or her.

I agree not worth worrying about. Not sure what the problem with Mimi is, if overused is the case, do you take issue with grandma?
No no issue with grandma. I honestly don't know what it is about the word that bugs me it just does. And it's one of those things you know is totally unreasonable and I will never argue with her in person but just secretly rubs you the wrong way. Does that make sense?

I get that there are just somethings that bother you. A lot of the kids in my preschool call their grandma's mimi & me-maw. Me-maw bothers me more for some reason, I just dislike it... but I also called my grandmother "Gay-me"... what is that???
My mother just got fired from her job, and decided two weeks ago that I need to drop everything I'm doing to help her pack her house so she can skip out on the place she is renting. Oh, and that I need to let her and my 3 brothers stay with us in our 2 bedroom apt with our 2yr old toddlers because "I'm family and that is what family does"....YEAH. I love her, and my husband and I figured out what we can offer (to let her stay here 2 weeks), and then she decided it would be best if just my two youngest brothers come stay...for 4 weeks. Saturday, the whole plan came to a halting stop because of a misunderstanding in a conversation she had with my husband, and I went hormonal on her because she didn't understand why I couldnt' just let my bros come live with us for 4 weeks (I told her we were waiting ot hear from our landlord on whether that would be ok, as we live in a 4 unit building, which the landlord lives in). My husband was to pick them up today, and she kindly let us know that she made other arrangements and they won't be needing to come. I wanted to punch her in the face, because it was the "END OF THE WORLD" the last two weeks and she didn't know what else she was going to do, and suddenly, out of nowhere, she has it figured out because she couldn't wait until Sunday to find out if we could keep them for 2 weeks or 4 weeks.
sorry that's long winded. but the lady is a constant crisis, with incessant need to make emergencies in my life, and if I don't handle it the way SHE thinks, I'm wrong, selfish and uncaring. I'm SO done with that--especially with #3 on the way. I
God gave me a double portion for my inheritance with my little Mighty men 9/19/10 Baby A born at 1:47 am 6lbs 14oz, 20.5inches long. Baby B born at 3:20 am 6lbs 6oz, 19.5inches long. My double blessing!:)
