9 1/2 month and not crawling

Just wondering how many other LOs are still not crawling? DS can scooch forward on his butt. He can belly crawl backwards. He can spin himself in circles on his belly. He even rocks back and forth on his hands and knees but then flattens out his legs and never seems to actually get any closer to crawling. This has been the case for weeks!

He seems to constantly pitch a fit because he can't get to something he wants that's out of his reach. The fussing is killing me because when I put him down he immediately rolls onto this belly and gets mad because he can't move.... I can't get anything done!

Is there something I can do to help him learn this quicker??

Also, some kids never crawl. It isn't a hard milestone anymore. Maybe your LO will go straight to walking.

my LO didn't crawl until he was over ten months... it was like a light bulb went off and he just took off... he showed no signs of crawling (getting up on hands and knees, rocking, going backwards)... he just one morning woke up and decided to crawl perfectly.

Almost 10 months and not crawling. DS can get around by rolling and wiggling, but he hasn't yet figured out how to get onto his hands and knees.

My DD was 10.5 months when she crawled. Like my DS, she was a roller. Rolled all over the place for a long time and then one day she figured out how to get on her hands and knees and rock back and forth. Two or three days later, she crawled.

This is exactly DS except he is 10.5 months. He doesnt seem to be getting any closer either.

I have twins, one called early the other just started at just before 11 months! Don't worry it will happen!
