Worst Father's Day ever!

First if all DH' Father's Day present didn't get here but that's nothing compared to the rest of it. We woke up at 5 am to the phone ringing...fil passed away this morning.
We were expecting it so DH and I had decided last week that after he passed we wouldn't go back until the funeral since its an 8 he drive so we thought we would carry on the day as planned and try to keep things as normal as possible for the kids. Not the case because DHs boss called, not knowing what had happened and asked if he could go into work on an urgent call because every one else in his department is out if town so DH had to go to work and won't be home until 8 tonight. This week did not start out well and its going to get worse before it gets better.
I feel so bad for my hubby right now!

I am so sorry! Take care of your DH during this hard time, I can't imagine how rough it is on him. :-(
I'm so sorry. What a craptastic weekend. I hope your DH gets to take some time off and is able to grieve his loss and you are able to spend some time with his family.
